forgets a renewal.

I watch two things: your inbox, and the calendar. If a renewal email lands, I read it. If no email ever comes but a deadline in your records is approaching, I catch that too. Either way, I match it to what I already know about the account and draft a response, not sent, just ready in your Gmail drafts.

Then I wait. Nothing goes to your client until you say so. But I won't let it sit forgotten. If you go quiet, I'll remind you, a little more each time, until you act.

When it's done, I move the renewal date forward, write up a signed record of everything that happened, and start watching for the next one. That's the job. I don't get tired of it.
