Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of unit.report, operated by UNITELO AI LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What unit.report is

unit.report is an informational reference that tracks products and companies in robotics, drones, autonomous vehicles and smart glasses, and publishes dated, sourced records about them. It is provided for general information only. Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory, compliance, tax, investment or professional advice. Labels such as "FCC Restriction" are research summaries, not legal determinations. Before making a sourcing, import, distribution or investment decision, verify the facts independently with qualified counsel and the primary sources cited.

Accuracy, completeness and change

We source and date our records and review them before publishing, but information can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and coverage is a selection of the market, not all of it. Market information, commercial status, availability and company status can change after a record is published. We do not warrant accuracy or completeness. Commercial status and availability

A product's commercial status (available, limited, preorder, announced, discontinued or unknown) summarizes current manufacturer information when it was recorded. It does not mean the product is in stock, available at a displayed price, available in your country, or available from unit.report. Confirm current terms with the manufacturer or a seller before relying on it.

Sourcing requests

You can submit a sourcing request through the site. We review requests to look into possible sourcing paths. Submitting a request does not guarantee a supplier match, availability, a price, a quote, manufacturer authorization, a purchase or a response time. unit.report does not sell or stock machines and is not an authorized dealer or agent for the manufacturers it tracks unless a page says otherwise. Any purchase is an agreement between you and the seller. See our Privacy Policy for how request information is handled.

No endorsement or relationship

A company's or product's appearance on unit.report is not an endorsement, and does not mean the company has any relationship with UNITELO. Company names, product names, logos and photographs belong to their respective owners and are used to identify them.

Third-party sources and links

The site cites and links to sources and third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a source may change or disappear after we cite it.

Acceptable use

You may read and share the site and quote it with attribution and a link. You may not: scrape or copy it at scale, or republish its database or a substantial part of it; interfere with or overload the site or bypass rate limits; use the forms to send spam, unlawful or misleading content; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

Content and ownership

The site's original text, structure, compilation and design are owned by UNITELO AI LLC or its licensors. Third-party content, including photos and videos, remains the property of its owners and is shown from its original source.

Newsletter and inquiries

If you subscribe to the newsletter you agree to receive it until you unsubscribe. If you send a sourcing request or a manufacturer and channel inquiry you agree that we may contact you about it. Submitting either does not create a business relationship or obligation on either side.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNITELO AI LLC and its members, personnel and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or business opportunities, arising from your use of or reliance on the site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
