A foreign-produced ground-mobile humanoid, so it falls within the FCC's July 28, 2026 Covered List action: new models cannot be authorized without a Department of War Conditional Approval or domestic-end-product status, and models authorized earlier can be sold through January 1, 2029. Built in Shenzhen, China (Dobot delivered its third mass-production batch there in 2026). Not yet confirmed: whether the Atom holds an FCC authorization, or whether it is sold in the U.S.
