Status note · Sep 22, 2026

Label changed to FCC Restriction on Sep 22, 2026 after an audit against the FCC's primary documents. The FCC added all foreign-produced drones and drone critical components to its Covered List on Dec 22, 2025. senseFly's mapping and surveying drones (the eBee line) are built at its Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, Switzerland facility; parent company EagleNXT (formerly AgEagle) has a U.S. production line for the eBee VISION planned for its Allen, Texas headquarters, expected to start in May 2026, but it was not yet running when this label was set. Until a model is actually built there, senseFly's current product line remains foreign-produced and covered; models authorized earlier stay sellable. Whether the Texas line is running yet, and which models it covers, has not been confirmed with the company.
